By accessing or using any FastCloud website, platform, application, or service operated by Empowering Trainers LLC (operating as FastCloud, including the FastCloud Studio and FastCloud Enterprise products) ("We", "Us", "Our", or "FastCloud"), You agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If You do not agree to these terms, You may not access or use Our services.
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and customers of FastCloud. "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using FastCloud services.
Description of Services
FastCloud provides software development and deployment tools, including:
- FastCloud Studio — a visual development platform for building, deploying, and managing web applications.
- FastCloud Enterprise — a managed service where FastCloud engineers build and maintain custom software solutions for business clients.
- Associated websites, APIs, and support services.
FastCloud reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time with reasonable notice.
Registration and Accounts
To access certain features of the FastCloud platform, You must register for an account. When registering, You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Maintain and promptly update Your account information;
- Keep Your password confidential and not share access with unauthorized parties;
- Notify FastCloud immediately of any unauthorized use of Your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under Your account. FastCloud is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of Your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use FastCloud services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the services to violate any applicable law or regulation;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to FastCloud systems, networks, or other users' accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
- Use the services to send unsolicited communications (spam);
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the FastCloud platform;
- Resell or sublicense access to the services without prior written consent from FastCloud.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the FastCloud platform, website, and associated software — including trademarks, logos, designs, and source code — are owned by Empowering Trainers LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants You any rights to use FastCloud's intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
You retain ownership of any content, data, or projects You create using the FastCloud platform. By using the platform, You grant FastCloud a limited license to host and process Your content solely to provide the services.
Payments and Billing
Certain FastCloud services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. FastCloud reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers. You agree to their applicable terms and conditions when making payments.
Disclaimer of Warranties
FastCloud services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FastCloud does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowering Trainers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the FastCloud services, even if FastCloud has been advised of the possibility of such damages. FastCloud's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the services shall not exceed the amount You paid to FastCloud in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empowering Trainers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your use of the services, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any third-party rights.
Third-Party Links and Services
FastCloud services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. FastCloud does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at Your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Termination
FastCloud may suspend or terminate Your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if You violate these Terms or if FastCloud determines such action is necessary to protect the platform or other users. Upon termination, Your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
Changes to These Terms
FastCloud may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FastCloud services after any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage You to review this page periodically.

Meaning of Words
Personal Information has the meaning given in the FastCloud Privacy Policy.
Register means the act whereby a person provides Personal Information to FastCloud, either by email, phone, or through the website or any other means which has the end result that Personal Information is disclosed.
