Certain FastCloud services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. FastCloud reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

FastCloud services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FastCloud does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empowering Trainers LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the FastCloud services, even if FastCloud has been advised of the possibility of such damages. FastCloud's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the services shall not exceed the amount You paid to FastCloud in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Empowering Trainers LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your use of the services, Your violation of these Terms, or Your violation of any third-party rights.
FastCloud services may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party tools. FastCloud does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at Your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
FastCloud may suspend or terminate Your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, if You violate these Terms or if FastCloud determines such action is necessary to protect the platform or other users. Upon termination, Your right to use the services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
FastCloud may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When changes are made, We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of FastCloud services after any changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage You to review this page periodically.
